Youโre welcome to choose more weekly sessions based on what best suits your needs. In fact, a lot of our clients train two and some even three or four times per week. Prices available on request.

As a certified menopause transition coach, Julia is particularly interested in helping midlife women thrive. She can help you make lifestyle and nutrition changes so you can regain your energy and live life to the fullest.

Laura is an ex-probation officer, who changed careers to become a personal trainer and wellbeing coach. She created more balance in her own life and loves to support others to make positive changes in their lives that they never thought would be possible.
Laura has recently returned from 5 years in New Zealand working as a Personal Trainer in Wellington. When Laura isnโt at work she will be found out on the mountain biking trails having a blast, or in the gym lifting weights.

Alex qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2015, her journey into the fitness world starting after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Seeing what a massive impact exercise and a healthy balanced diet had on her confidence and health, she knew this was the right career path.
She loves food and cooking. Alex feels passionate about it and loves recreating her favourite dishes, making them more nutritionally dense so she can still enjoy all the food she loves.
At the weekend youโll find Alex walking her dogs, eating good food and spending time with friends and family!

Amanda is an experienced fitness professional and is passionate about helping people integrate exercise and nutrition changes into their lifestyle for the long-term benefits.
She has a particular interest in helping people overcome the barriers to exercising, whether that be time, weight, confidence, hormonal changes or illness.
Amanda has a wealth of experience in helping people get started on their fitness journey, or returning to fitness after injury or illness, or having to adapt exercise due to long term health conditions.
Amanda has been involved in sport all of her life, and loves to get outdoors to reap the benefits both physically and mentally. She's a keen runner and all things outdoor.
Amanda is available forย 1:1 personal trainingย and she coaches boot camps inย Blackhall.
Evie Butler

With a degree in Adventure Education, getting outside is certainly in Evie's blood. A marathon runner, Hyrox competitor, open water swimmer, hiker - any form of movement, Evie's probably tried it.
Evie worked as a Personal Trainer for 2 years in Bedford before heading off on a year of adventures, including 2 ski seasons.
Evie is currently working on her Mountain Leader and her Run Coach qualifications. She has interests in vegan athletes (being vegan herself) and works with clients with chronic conditions mainly CFS/ME. As a sufferer of CFS/ME, she wants to showcase that movement is possible with fatigue.
Evie is passionate about finding the right movement for you. Encouraging everyone, no matter what age, shape, size or pace, you are welcome to take part in any movement that makes you feel happy and good.

Carrie comes from a small county in the west of Ireland.
Carrie's coaching career began at the age of 14 as a gymnastics coach. She has trained young gymnasts, hosted group classes for children with physical and intellectual disabilities, and organised one-on-one camps.
Carrie has a keen interest in running, and she coaches the fitandhappy Meadows running group.
Carrie firmly believes that "movement is medicine" for both the mind and body. She enjoys pushing her limits and challenging her body while also respecting its capabilities.
Carrie is dedicated to helping you become your best self and discover the joy of movement in all its forms. Her goal is to guide and inspire you to enjoy every aspect of physical activity and embrace the benefits it brings to your life.

Ruth was incredibly active as a kid, always outdoors and involved in sports. She swam competitively until she was about 18, and after that, Ruth transitioned into gym training.
This experience sparked her passion for helping women achieve their fitness goals. Understanding how intimidating that first step can be, Ruth became a personal trainer to guide and empower other women on their fitness journeys.
Ruth is a strong advocate for balance in all aspects of life, including enjoying delicious food. Her weekends are often spent sampling pastries at different coffee shops and bakeries, especially after a run or workout with friends.

Born and raised by the sea and mountains in the northwest of Ireland, Aisling has always had a passion for the outdoors and staying active. Whether it's joining a run club, hiking, or tackling a sweaty Hyrox class, she believes fitness is best enjoyed with friends. With a background in athletics and Gaelic football, Aisling has been driven by movement from a young age.
Now living in Edinburgh for the past few years, sheโs embraced her new home, enjoying everything the city has to offerโespecially its vibrant food scene. 2:1 Personal Training
Train with a buddy. This option makes it more affordable and can be a good choice for those who like to work with a partner.
โThe programme is slightly less individualised but works well as you have to be accountable to your buddy.
If desired you will be given a monthly home workout programme that you can do by yourself or with your friend/partner/husband.

Choose your preferred workout space. Often the outdoors work best for this as we are not restricted by space.
Train once, twice or up to five times per weekโ
Small Group Training
Less personalisation but more affordable and best suited to those who like to work in a team.
โSkip the cappuccino and muffin and meet in the park for a workout instead. It's great fun working out with your friends and it ensures you are being surrounded by supportive and likeminded people. People who try to lose weight in a group often see the best results.
If desired you will be given a monthly home workout programme that you can do by yourself or with your friends. โ
